Refund Policy

Digital-access refund, billing-error, cancellation, and dispute terms.

Immediate digital access

Digital research access begins when Stripe confirms payment or subscription. Because delivery begins immediately, sales are final and no prorated refund or credit is provided except where law requires otherwise.

Cancellation is not a refund

Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access until the effective date. It does not reverse payment for a period already started or the $9.99 Founders charge.

Errors or unauthorized charges

Report duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or unauthorized activity promptly to support@edgeslatesports.com. We investigate with Stripe; this policy does not waive mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds and disputes

A full refund or dispute can cancel continuation and revoke related access. A partial refund, when granted, does not automatically create a future credit.
